VISAS
You are responsible for organising your own visa and ensuring you have the necessary documentation to enter the country. If you require an invitation letter for your visa application, attendees will be able to request this through the registration site.
For information regarding visa requirements for your country, we recommend checking with your local Chinese consulate or a visa support service.
During the period from March 14 to November 30, 2024, holders of ordinary passports from the countries listed below can enter China visa-free for business, tourism, visiting relatives and friends, and transit for no more than 15 days.
On arrival to China, you will present your passport and it will be stamped by the authorities, no need for any visa application in advance of your trip as long as you are not staying any longer than 15 days.

Accommodation has been arranged on a single occupancy basis for all Global Package guests. If you are attending World Class on a Day Pass no accommodation is included.
Our host hotels are the W Shanghai – The Bund and the Bellagio by MGM Shanghai.
We’re delighted that this year’s World Class numbers have far surpassed previous years. This, however, has resulted in us exceeding the number of available W Shanghai – The Bund bedrooms. We have secured additional bedrooms for some groups at the nearby stunning Bellagio by MGM Shanghai and will be providing shuttle services between the hotels throughout the week.
As a reminder the bedrooms have been allocated based on registration date.

If your arrival time in Shanghai is early in the morning, we recommend that you book your hotel for the night prior to ensure your room will be ready on arrival. Please note that any nights booked over and above your package allowance must be paid to the hotel directly.
Additional Nights:
If you would like to arrive earlier, or stay later, than your package dates at the W Shanghai – The Bund you will be able to do so via the following process:
• Once your hotel room has been allocated by the event team you will receive a confirmation email with your hotel confirmation number.
• Once you have your confirmation number, you can contact the hotel and add additional nights directly to your reservation.
• Please note that any nights booked over and above your package allowance must be paid directly to the hotel.

TRAVEL
Arrival transfers from Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG) will be provided for World Class guests arriving on 7 & 8 September 2024.
Departure transfers from your hotel to Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG) will be provided for World Class guests departing on 13 September 2024.
You are responsible for booking your own flight to and from Shanghai and ensuring you have the proper documentation to enter the country to attend World Class.
