HOTEL

Accomodation will be arranged on a single occupancy basis for all Global Package guests. Our host hotel will be the W Shanghai - The Bund Hotel.

 

We are endeavouring to have all attendees stay together at the W Shanghai, however there are a finite number of hotel rooms available, which will be allocated based on registration date.

 

When registration opens in early June, please ensure your guests register straight away to guarantee that your group will all be housed together. Late registration may result in being placed at a seconday hotel if all rooms at the W are allocated.

VISAS

Markets are responsible for organising their own visas and ensuring they have the necessary documentation to enter the country. If you require a Visa Letter for your application, attendees will be able to request this through the registration site once it opens in the week commencing Monday, 3 June.

 

For information regarding visa requirements for your country, we recommend checking with your local Chinese consulate or a visa support service.

 

During the period from March 14 to November 30, 2024, holders of ordinary passports from the countries listed below can enter China visa-free for business, tourism, visiting relatives and friends, and transit for no more than 15 days. 

 

On arrival to China, you will present your passport and it will be stamped by the authorities, no need for any visa application in advance of your trip as long as you are not staying any longer than 15 days.
